Our Treatments

1 Hour Myotherapy Consultation (Extended)

​A 1 hour session can be recommended by our myotherapist if you need a longer session. This can also be booked as an Initial appointment if you have lots of areas to cover.

30 Minute Return Myotherapy Consultation (Short)

A 30 min. appointment can be recommended by our myotherapist if you need a shorter appointment. We recommend a 30 minute session for a specific area.

45 Minute Return Myotherapy Consultation (Recommended)

A 45 min. return is suggested for most appointments by our myotherapist. This is adequate time for assessment, treatment and injuries.

Initial Myotherapy Consultation (First visit to clinic)

An initial appointment is suggested for all patients that haven't visited the clinic before. You will be required to fill out a new patient form and we suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
